Villa Bel Amour is a modern newly constructed impressive 8 rooms, 8 en-suite bathrooms luxurious villa located in the peaceful gated area of Tamarind Hill Estates.
The spectacular views of the ocean, the sunrise, the islands of St Kitts, Saba, and St Barths from the spacious covered terrace of this hilltop villa gives you the amazing and unique feeling of being on the deck of a boat. It’s absolutely stunning and breathtaking.
There is a path from the property which will take you in 15/20 minutes walk to Dawn Beach and 15/20 minutes walk to Guana Bay Beach, the villa offers many conveniences. It’s only 15 minutes from the famous French Orient Bay Beach and 20 minutes from Hope Estate shopping center or Grand Case which is known as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.
Villa Bel Amour has been furnished with contemporary furnishings and provides all the amenities and comfort needed for our guests. The upstairs villa is composed of 6 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, small fridge, kettle, hair dryer and en-suite bathroom.
There are a further 2 bedrooms downstairs that are not of the same standard.
A bedroom with en-suite bathroom for four – 2 Queen beds – with a private garden, a covered terrace with a jacuzzi and an open terrace with its private garden and a very comfortable studio bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the level below the villa.
The large living room offers several living areas to relax and admire the views; with a further two dining areas. In addition to that, there is a giant screen a video projector, a laptop, sound system and interior integrated speakers which can, at your convenience, turn the living room into a real movie theatre. For your enjoyment, you can also borrow books in the impressive book cabinets. The gourmet black and red kitchen with granite countertops and modern deluxe Bosh and Smeg stainless steel appliances is fully equipped.
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor covered terrace and pool area with a wooden deck which join together creating a wonderful and harmonious place offering you stunning views of ST Barths. The terrace provides you with a comfortable sitting and dining area where you will enjoy pleasurable meals. There is also a jacuzzi with a fountain and led lights where you can relax while having a drink. The 18 meter long infinity edge pool with its changing colours creates a magical atmosphere by night.
You can also enjoy the beautiful garden which overlooks the sea.

LIVING-ROOM DESCRIPTION
The vast living-room with its sliding doors opening onto the main terrace offers you amazing view of the ocean. It’s furnished with very contemporary designer furnishing, nice paintings and destructured mirrors. The main colours used to decorate the living areas are white, black and red. A lot of care has been brought to details to create a unique and elegant place. Objects and flowers have been chosen to match with the décor. All the furniture comes from France and you can feel the French touch in Villa Bel Amour. The living-room is also meant to be a comfortable place where you can choose where you want to sit : there are two large sofas and a red salon. You can also decide to transform that room into a movie theatre and use the giant movie screen.

Each bedroom has been given the name of a flower and each door is decorated by the aquarelle of a French local painter. Each room is decorated with posies matching the colours of the bedroom.

The seventh bedroom is located on the second level of the villa. It opens on a terrace wih Sea view + garden view. It as its private entrance and its private garden.
It can accommodate 4 guests since it offers two Queen beds, 4 bedsides tables, air conditioning, ceiling fan, decorated closets to store clothes, Z grey chairs. A nice screen can separate the room into two sleeping areas for more intimacy. This room can be ideal for a family with young children or for four teenagers. This room opens onto a covered terrace where there is a glass table with 4 transparent chairs and You also have a jacuzzi for four people Take a drink in the jacuzzi and enjoy the wonderful see vie you have from it. More than that, this room has its ow private outdoor terrace with its private lush tropical garden Paradis on earth would not be better!
The Aloe Studio bedroom:
The eighth bedroom is a studio located on the 2nd level of the villa, next to the Myosotis bedroom. It has its private entrance common to that of the Myosotis bedroom and its private covered and outdoor terraces with sea view. It offers a convertible sofa with top quality matress and slatted box spring for two guests. The studio is equipped with all the comfort and is decorated with care since you can find a TV, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an American fridge, a cooking piano, a large oven, a beautiful white tulip table with 4 white design chairs. You also have access to the jacuzzi and the lush trpical garden with an amazing sea view.
