We had the most amazing time! We came with our 5 children ages 20-7 and they loved every moment. The view ❤︎ you couldn’t ask for a better view of Mullet Beach. The unit had everything and anything you would ever need. We were pleasantly surprised to find laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs and beach towels. We were very close to many restaurants and beaches. There is also a small beach on the property where we were typically the only ones on it. The pool is gorgeous and they have happy hour starting at 3pm 🍹. We rented beach chairs from Dave at Packlight Beach Rentals and 100% recommend it.
I could rave about this place for the rest of my days. From the attentive pre-check-in communication, the beautiful space (gorgeous/perfect location), and the kind hospitality of the hosts and building staff… Everything was perfect. As someone who is strictly a “hotel only” traveler, this place made me feel like I was in a hotel in paradise.
I recommend this stay and host with gusto!

Beautiful place with lost of space for our group of 9. Each bedroom having it’s own bathroom is such a great feature. Amazing view of the ocean and beach!
We had an amazing stay at Dreams Come True! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with great amenities and so much space. We were a family of 10, and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own private space while still enjoying the many comfortable common areas together. It was the perfect balance for a group trip.
The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. Maia and her team were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout, and we really appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and checkout.
I would highly recommend staying here especially for larger groups looking for a spacious, well-appointed place with a fantastic host! We hope to return soon.
One of the nicest condos on the island with massive space. The views where amazing and watched the regatta from balcony. Overall fantastic apt and would highly recommend.
If I could give this place an 11 out of 10, I would. I’ve been coming to St. Maarten for the last 6 years and this has to be the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in….unbelievable views, pristine condition and the most incredible hosts. Maia and Ruth were very responsive before and during your trip. The location is prime …walking distance to a bigger beach and Kalatua (beach club), short drive from the airport and a short drive to all restaurants. The property also has an incredible infinity pool and a private beach . I can’t say enough about this place….just beautiful! Thank you so much Maia for making this an incredible vacation.
