Maia was born on St Barth and is a Caribbean girl at heart. With extensive hospitality & Real Estate experience, along with a passion for excellence, she is enthusiastic to be a part of the IRE team. Maia has worked on St Barth, Newport – RI and has lived on St Martin since 2011.
Arun Bio
My parents came to St. Maarten on a honeymoon and never left! I was born on this beautiful island, but also had the opportunity to study and live in New Jersey, London (England), and Miami. I moved back to St. Maarten in 2003 and have been working in real estate ever since. In 2009 I started ISLAND REAL ESTATE TEAM (IRE Team), in less than one year we became the largest agency on island. We are now excited to launch IRE VACATIONS, which falls under the IRE Team umbrella and will offer complimentary services that will allow us to better satisfy all or our clients needs.
Cherise Bio
Cherise grew up in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and moved to St. Maarten in 1995. From age 11, she knew that Hospitality would be her focus of study. That dream came to fruition when she left the island to study Hospitality & Tourism in Toronto & New Hampshire. She has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry specifically in Hotels (Marriott) & Vacation Rentals& Sales (The Cliff at Cupecoy). She is passionate about travel and takes pleasure in ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
