Breezy Bird (formerly Felicite) at Ocean View Terrace is truly a unique place. The property has been recently renovated and offers amazing views of the ocean and the Island of St. Barths, Breezy Bird is perfectly perched on the hillside.
The pool deck/patio offers stunning views from the living, dining and kitchen area. The villa boasts a kitchen and the living areas are truly indoor/outdoor. The entire side of the villa facing the pool and ocean is made of sliding glass doors creating spectacular views from everywhere.
Outside, the pool is set on a tiled deck which offers seating for on comfortable lounge chairs and a wooden table with four chairs.
Felicite offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size Mahogany bed and an en-suite custom bathroom with shower. The bedroom has French doors that open onto a deck overlooking the sea and villas below. The second bedroom is downstairs with external access only from the pool deck.
This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful Caribbean holiday with breathtaking views.

We had an incredible stay at the villa! The view of the ocean and sunrise every morning was spectacular. The house is very well appointed and comfortable, it had everything we could need and the pool was fantastic. The location is very good for getting from the airport, to Phillipsburg, Orient Beach and Grand Case, although the island is so small everything is within 45 minutes. I can’t recommend staying here enough, we had a wonderful vacation!
Beautiful villa! The view was incredible, we could see St Barts right in front of us. The kitchen and linen closet were well stocked with lots of spices and oils, extra bath towels and blankets. There was even fresh eggs, milk, bread, water, crackers, butter, cream cheese, jam and a couple of beer left for us in the fridge. The villa was spotless and the shower was great. Ruth was our greeter at the car rental place and guided us right to the villa which was great as it was getting dark and it being our first time on the island, definitely would have been difficult to find. She even went so far as to guide us to a small grocery store close by after we checked in. The pool was lovely and well kept. Very refreshing. We spent most of our time on the deck so we could enjoy the magnificent view. Our host’s response for questions was fast and efficient. This is definitely a place I would visit again.
Super villa, très calme et privée.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the breezy bird for a week in April of 2026. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and we especially loved the outdoor space which included the patio and pool. We found the air bnb to be thoughtfully appointed with plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and a nicely stocked kitchen. It was super helpful to have things like a small cooler to go to the beach and floaters for the pool. The view and breeze are amazing and we loved the privacy. The host and property manager were accommodating, easy to contact, and responded promptly. They helped with restaurant suggestions and even organized a private fishing charter for us. This air bnb is in a quieter area and we would definitely recommend renting a car because it’s out of the way for taxis. Overall we had an amazing, restorative vacation and agreed we would love to stay here again. We would 100 percent recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much for hosting us!
A truly beautiful home with a stunning landscape view from the patio and pool. The host was always responsive and in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great escape to enjoy a private and cozy island home, you’ve come across the right place. WOW! I can not say enough about how amazing not just the property is but also the hosts. Starting off, we were met at the car rental and were able to follow someone to the property because it’s a little challenging to find at first. This definitely helped us!!!
An amazing concierge came with our booking free of cost. This agent was AMAZING. Booked all of our excursions and even found us the most beautiful intimate boat ride to St. Barth which was the highlight of our trip. Moving forward, we will be booking with this group every time we visit this island. The location is quiet and beautiful. The pool and patio area was absolutely gorgeous. Lastly, the responsiveness of the hosts was exceptional. They had made a group chat with us and was always available for us if we needed anything!
