IRE Vacations | Vacation Rentals in St. Maarten/St. Martin – Experience the Caribbean

First off, the property (Villa Joy Estate) is far more beautiful and expensive than the pictures show. All of my party had jaw dropping reactions, beginning with the entryway to the villa. We were escorted by car to the Villa by Ruth, a member of the concierge team. Ruth graciously toward us around the property and all of its amenities. We cannot say enough about the sweeping views from the villa… Almost panoramic scenery to witness both sunrises and sunsets. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, with plenty of space for all of our belongings. The air-conditioning was set at a very comfortable 72° and we found no need to adjust that. The outdoor facilities are just as amazing. From the pool, to the hot tub, to the extensive outdoor seating and living areas… There was almost too much to enjoy! There is a tortoise family that lives on property, which were a delight to watch. Villa Joy is the ultimate in serenity and privacy and caters to our naturist lifestyle. We will return!! This is the best location and property on St. Maarten/Martin, period. I’ve rented at least 6 different properties, and this one wins hands down. Size, furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms are all top notch. The view is amazing and the pool is a great place to cool off. Easy walk to a fully equipped gym and beach. The location is convenient to other parts of the island, like Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Philipsburg and Grand Casse, (you need a car of course) places that should not be missed. I would definitely rent this property again.”

“Sol Y Mar is where we stayed for a week in January ’19 and again in Jan ’20. The location cannot be beat! The actual penthouse apartment is absolutely beautiful. We were 8 adults. We have been to SXM several times but this was probably one of our best stays yet. Maia at IRE was excellent to deal with. Everything went smooth. The outside sitting areas are lovely in the villa. But…location is just about the best on the island. We have always loved the Simpson Bay area, with so many places to eat, dance, etc within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful, clean, safe place to stay. Parking was avail.”
