On the main level, you will find a spacious living room that faces a very large and well equipped open area kitchen. Enjoy the conveniences of a Nespresso cappuccino machine, Panini maker, blender (just to name a few) along with many other appliances to satisfy any chef! The living room’s oversized sliding patio doors disappear to give access to a very spacious terrace where you will find the 8 person outdoor dining area equipped with a Weber Genesis gas grill. It is also a great place to relax on one of the loungers while reading a book or just meditating to the hypnotic sound of the crashing waves. The terrace’s envious location just above the sea gives you the impression of being on the deck of your own private yacht.
There are also 3 bedrooms on the main level, all with their own on-suite bathrooms, king size beds and flat screen TV’s. The master is located off the main terrace which provides a stunning ocean front experience. The king size bed faces directly to the sea with an unobstructed view thanks to the exterior glass railings. At night you can replace the ocean view with some entertainment by letting the TV drop down from the ceiling!

Great area close to a lot of walkable beaches, grocery store, and restaurants yet very peaceful and quiet. Managment team was top notch and drove us to the property and walked through each room with us giving us all the information needed for our stay.
Took my mom on a birthday celebration to SXM and the view at Ocean’s Edge is simply stunning + amazing. Daily rainbows & sunsets plus the private rooftop terrace pool and hangout were a hit! This place is clean, very well maintained and located in an outstanding location just 5 mins from the main action in Maho Beach (minus the traffic). Overall, we were very pleased with the modern accommodations and the privacy and security of Ocean’s Edge. Definitely will be staying here again, if available.
The unit is spacious, luxurious, and beautiful. The beds were comfortable with large rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The views were breathtaking and relaxing. Maia and her team were friendly and responsive throughout our trip.

The pictures didn’t do this villa justice. The minute we opened the door we were in awe. This villa was gorgeous with amazing views. The rooftop pool and lounge area was incredible. We could walk to 2 different beaches. This area was safe to walk around and a great location. It was close to the airport but you felt secluded in Beacon Hill. We will definitely recommend this to friends and looking forward to coming again. Thanks for sharing your paradise with us.
We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the pool and deck on the roof with covered seating area. Was a fun place to hang out day or night. The hosts checked in on us and were responsive with any questions. We hope to stay here again sometime.
10/10 experience! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the concierge was incredibly responsive. We had a minor issue during our stay, and they immediately sprang into action to resolve it. The chef they recommended prepared the best meal we had during our entire trip to the island. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again!

Returning for our second stay proved just how great this condo is. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained,. The check-in was smooth and we really enjoyed the upstairs pool and lounge area. Maia and her team made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay.
