Villa Sea Fan is a modern, 2200+ sq ft (205 m2) home with the upscale finishes that one can expect in this category. Beautiful travertine stone floors throughout. All oversized rooms and terraces overlook the beach and ocean while some have views of the marina. The villa is one of only two freestanding villas in the beach club and is situated just a few steps above the beach.
There is a large living room with adjacent 8-person dining area looking out over the private pool and sliding doors lead to a pool patio with a dining table, loungers and an outdoor shower. A semi-open kitchen has all the high-end appliances to cook gourmet meals.The 2 large bedrooms upstairs have their own terraces, king-size beds and large individual bathrooms (one has a double shower, the other one a single) with generous walk-in closets. There is an additional roll-in bed available upon request. Private parking in front of the Villa for two cars. As a renter you can also use all amenities of the neighboring Oyster Bay Beach Resort, such as their large pool and fitness center (the Coral Beach Club has its own gym as well).
Please note that the beach and shoreline may be affected by seasonal sargassum seaweed, a natural summer phenomenon common in the Caribbean. Depending on weather and ocean currents, this may cause odors, affect water clarity, and temporarily impact beach or swimming conditions. Great stay. Highly recommend. Clean and spacious. Fell asleep to the sounds of the waves on the beach. Amazing views. Villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would need a car/ taxi to get to nightlife/ bars/ casinos.
This place was very nice and clean. We really like the location as it’s in a quieter area. The hosts were phenomenal and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend and will be staying there again. 10 out of 10!!
We travel ALOT as a family usually last minute so sometimes hard to find places. We splurge and always try to find the best available Airbnb for our usually last minute quick getaways. After dozens and dozens of stays over the last decade with two kids, this property and its hosts would be right up there with the best of the best, no lie. As a family we never stay in the same place twice, I would actually break that rule with this property and ease of everything thanks to the hosts and amazing amazing property. Words can’t describe our stay. We were lucky to find this one
The attention to detail was most impressive.
We especially liked the quality of towels and bed linens, the well-equipped kitchen (with some nice welcome provisions in the refrigerator!), and the excellent communication and support from the host team. The on-site gym was excellent, although we wished we had visited earlier in our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
The property exceed our expectations in every respect.
Access to Oyster Bay Beach Resort was great (we have previously stayed there). The private lap pool was a huge hit with our granddaughters (their first access was at 8 am on our first full day on island).

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were super accommodating and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Located in a great location with food and beach walking distance. The hosts were very helpful with taxi referrals and arranged airport transport for us for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
