The living/dining room is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating, 75″ flat-screen TV, Sonos Sound System and beautiful artwork from the owners’ son, who is a respected photographer in Europe. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide spectacular views of the ocean. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything that you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table has seating for eight.
The real gem of the villa is the awe-inspiring un-obstructed 180° view of the ocean and St. Barthelemy. From the lowered lounge area, you can hear the sound of the waves and enjoy a nice cocktail while taking in the passing mega-yachts and smaller boats. The sunrise is simply breathtaking, even a rain shower approaching from the Atlantic Ocean will stun you. Guests can also enjoy a temperature-controlled plunge pool and BBQ area.

We usually book in this area for the spectacular view of st Barth, and this property did not disappoint! Magnificent sunrises over st Barth is really something to experience. The property was even better than the pictures. Beautifully furnished inside and outside, very comfortable beddings, and a brand new fully equipped gym. The communication was easy and everyone replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this property, we had a wonderful stay.
The place looks exactly like the pictures .This place is more for someone looking to relax and not travel from the villa too much . Getting to the village and strip took quite some time due to the hills and traffic we encountered. Other than that we had a great experience.
I absolutely loved staying in this home! I would say it looked even better than the pictures. The home was extremely clean and they had a cleaning lady come mid-week to freshen it up and change the linens, which was amazing. The host was super helpful and responsive. They even found my headphones and were able to ship them home to me.
This place is amazing – from the beautiful interior to the stunning exterior views. The home has absolutely everything you need, Maia thought of everything. It truly felt like home for the time we were there. Clean, equipped with all essentials, spacious, and just lovely. We loved our time there. Thank you to Maia and her excellent team.

I’ve stayed at many homes on this island and Kanoa is among the most beautiful homes here. The interior design is top notch from the furnishings to the amenities. The exterior of the home is magnificent with breathtaking views of the ocean and St Barthelemy. The owners have gone out of their way to provide you with a luxury boutique villa experience. The home is super clean and is stocked with everything you would need from laundry, iron, blow dryer, sonos music, safe, quality shampoos, full length mirror, gym, etc. The neighborhood has a 24 hour manned security gate and the home has a gate as well. There was no need to even lock the doors.
The driveway is very steep, the 1st time it is a bit scary but by the 2nd day you’re totally comfortable with it. A small SUV is recommended as the area is mountainous and steep. The 4th bedroom has a separate entrance and its own kitchen/living room which is great for a nanny or guests. The pictures do not do justice, it looks way better in person.
This villa is exactly as listed, I agree with the previous reviews the pictures does not do the actual place justice. It’s beautiful and very clean. Maia and team was very attentive when we contacted them. I will also mention the hot water is a hit and miss, like most islands. Other than that do your research, because it is located very close to Phillipsburg, but with traffic and bridge openings, it can take 40 mins- 1hr to get the center.
The hosts were super friendly and professional. The house exceeded our expectations; it was really very clean, and the outdoor area was also in excellent condition. The kitchen was superbly equipped; the owner of the property seems to be an amateur chef. We really appreciated that the house was also cleaned again during our stay. The house also had a fitness room, which is very well equipped. Better than in some studio apartments.
It was truly a great experience for us to spend our vacation in such a well-maintained and beautiful house and to have such perfect hosts. IRE Vacations is highly recommended, and especially Villa Kanoa, of course.

Wow, this place was literally from a dream! I spent my birthday here with my 3 friends and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to spend it anywhere else. The check in and check out process was smooth. The house is beautiful and it looks even better in person. It is spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing. The team was so wonderful, welcoming and responsive and helped us organized private transportation services as well as a wonderful chef service for several days. The team was also responsive whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. I truly loved this place and I cannot wait to come and stay again. Thank you for the beautiful experience. I highly recommend to anyone traveling with a group and would like a nice and peaceful stay.
Beautiful home! The property looked exactly like the pictures shown. My guests and I had a wonderful stay. IRE Vacation’s concierge was extremely helpful and responsive. I was able to arrange private massages done at the villa with their help. The view is amazing but the location is a bit far from most beach clubs and restaurants so a rental car is a must. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying in her villa especially if you’re traveling in a large group.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Not only were the hosts extremely helpful and informative but the Airbnb had everything we needed and plenty of space. The rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated.
