The villa sits on a large double lot with a landscaped garden lot that the pool deck overlooks.
This property has an open concept kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar. The kitchen and living room connect to the pool deck that boasts a large salt water pool, outdoor shower, dining & lounging areas with an expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and brilliant sunsets. There is also a separate laundry room.
The land is fenced and the property is gated. There are traditional vaulted ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors throughout the home.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor plus game room with foosball table and board games, 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and built-in closets, and 2 bedrooms directly connect to the pool deck. Upstairs you will find a large room with 2 queen beds with a spacious ensuite bathroom and private balcony with the same stunning views.
There is also a one bedroom apartment on the lower level of the property which serves as the 5th bedroom (with exterior access). The apartment has a wet bar with coffee maker and also has a view of the ocean.
Pelican Key is the most popular and upscale neighborhood in St Maarten. This villa is close to everything with many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within walking distance. Pelican Key is the idyllic neighborhood in St Maarten as it is quiet and tucked away, but still a leisurely walk or short drive away from exactly where you want to be.

Maia and our hosts were amazing. The home is absolutely stunning, with great rooms and better views. They were always responsive if we had questions. The water was not working one day, so we reached out. Within minutes, they made calls, let us know it was actually a crew working on the water lines in the street, and it would be back in 15 minutes, which it was, but the peace of mind knowing it was looked into was great. The house was cleaned twice during our stay. Maia suggested a rental car, but we told her we would be walking, which we did. The hills are steep at times, so we got our exercise in, but we all managed. As for car rental, that’s up to you. We did not rent one, but understood why she suggested it. LOL We would definitely stay there again. Amazing place.
Villa Francais worked perfect for our group of 10. Communication was great, home was very clean and well maintained. Hot water and AC units work very well. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you’ll need. The rooms are separate so you feel a sense of privacy in each room. Would definitely recommend.
This home was perfect for our group of 6. The home is very spacious and clean. Housekeeping came once during our stay which was great. The hosts were so attentive and helpful. They checked on us often during our stay and even recommended an incredible chef for dinner. We absolutely loved this home, and would definitely book again! Be mindful, if you rent a vehicle the home sits on a very steep hill. We rented a van and had no issues driving up/down, but be prepared cause it can be a little intimidating.
This home is fabulous! The pool and view cannot be beat! There were many large rooms to accommodate our group; so everyone had lots of privacy. It was clean, well appointed and perfect for our Epic 21st Birthday celebration! Ingar was especially helpful in securing activities and restaurants reservations suggestions. This was comforting and the biggest advantage of this property. Having a local for a contact was enormous reassurance. We hope to come again! Thank you!! You made this birthday surprise an unforgettable memory!
Defiantly one of the best homes we have stayed in. We plan to return to St Maarten soon and will book this home again.
