This condo was absolutely amazing! The beachfront location was unbeatable and the pool was a perfect complement. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor unit in Simpson Bay, and I have to say it exceeded our expectations in every way. Traveling with my wife and two children, we were looking for a place that offered comfort and relaxation and this property ticked all the boxes! 🙂

From the moment we stepped inside, we were in awe. The open floor plan immediately caught our attention, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing seamlessly into each other. The living room provided a cozy yet spacious environment for our family to relax.

The kitchen was fully equipped and with plenty of storage space, it was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed preparing meals together. Whether it was a quick breakfast before heading out or a more elaborate dinner, the kitchen had everything we needed.

Each of the three bedrooms was spacious and had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus for our family. The kids loved having their own space! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night’s sleep every night.

The outdoor space really set this property apart. The large terrace became our go-to spot for everything from morning coffee to a late night swim. Overlooking the communal pool, it provided a serene setting to relax while the kids enjoyed a swim. The private, gated access to the beach was another incredible feature. Just a few metres away we found ourselves on white sand with crystal clear water – a perfect place to soak up the sun.

In terms of facilities, the property had everything we could possibly want, from the pool and outdoor showers to the security that gave us peace of mind during our stay. Situated in the sought after Simpson Bay Beach area, we had easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment options, making it a convenient base from which to explore the area.

Overall, this property offered the perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience, making it an ideal choice for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best that Simpson Bay has to offer. We had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this property to others.

Throughout my last stay in St. Marteen I stayed in this 3 bedroom condo and I must say it was truly a pleasure. We had a lovely full sized kitchen along with an amazing balcony with a barbecue that allowed us to cook a variety of food every night. It was also perfectly located just a walks away from the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Will be staying here when I’m back! 😝

While planning our family vacation from the Netherlands to St.Maarten.

Searching through the "sea"of accommodations, being offered. My husband and I came across this one. And it sure did not disappoint.

A place where our boys were able to use all their energy by swimming in the property pool. Or just going to building sand castles, looking for shells etc. on the beach which was literally a few steps from the location. While still having the option to fall back and relax while watching a show.

The presence of the friendly maintenance team and other vacation goers made or stay feel safe and very comfortable.

Inside, our stay was met with a beautifully furnished place with everything available to make a good vacation a great one. Very clean, bedding, bathroom, kitchen all high quality standards.

Great location walking distance or with the car, choices of food variables, restaurants, breakfast bars and of course local cuisine was right around the corner.

We truly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend the booking of this property. With or without kids 🙂
