We rented a condo in October through Maia at IRE Rentals and the simplest thing I can say was it was fantastic. Kathy met us there to get us checked in, went through everything to make sure we knew how it all worked and voila, here we are on the top floor, beachfront Simpson Bay.
We've been coming to St. Martin since 2004 on a more or less regular basis and have stayed in many different places with different companies. One of those a couple of years ago, is how we met Maia from IRE.
Great service, great people, great properties. I will use them again on the very next trip. And highly recommend you do the same. In a room with a view.
We have rented Living the Dream several times and each experience as is good as the past. The Condo is wonderfully situated on the beach and a key reason why we visit St Maarten as opposed to St Barths. The Condo provides all amenities and Management are very responsive to any request. Strongly recommend this unit to others. We will definitively stay again in the future.
