Sur Mer is situated on the southern end of Simpson Bay Beach, within the beachfront complex of Coco’s Beach Club. The intimate, small beach club consists of 15 units in 2 story-buildings. All units face the beach and offer mesmerizing views of the Caribbean Sea and you have a great view of the planes taking off and landing from the back balcony.
Lovely natural gardens enhanced with special lighting make the nights as beautiful as the days! Coco’s Beach Club is intimate, quiet, and very unassuming.
This very large beachfront 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, second floor condo is ideal for couples, families or friends.
Sur Mer is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature. Crushed coral floors are comfortable and simply beautiful.
The living area is elegantly furnished and the entertainment area offers a flat screen TV offering Netflix. The interior dining area can accommodate 6-8 persons comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless appliances, beautiful cabinetry and granite counters. Ice maker, beautiful dishes, kitchen cutlery and glassware add to the completeness of the kitchen.
All three bedrooms offer a king size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The washer/dryer is located by the ½ bathroom.

My husband, sister-in-law, and 1 year old daughter had the most AMAZING time staying in the villa. We absolutely cannot wait to come back. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need, including the gorgeous beach on Simpson Bay, the quiet pool area, and walkable bars, restaurants, and activities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Loved the location! Had a great time. However, lounge chairs for the beach should've been included. We were prohibited from using the chairs on the deck below even though the unit was unoccupied. Also, we would've preferred a TV in each bedroom. Other than that it was great!
The condo was very spacious, exceptionally clean and located in a great location. We were met by Cathy and she explained every feature about the condo. Maid service was excellent. We are already planning our next vacation at this condo.
Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and of course, the airport. Beautiful view with an amazing beach!
Everything was perfect!
It was the perfect place! It had all that we needed and then some. Having access to a pool, gym and the beach gave us choices. Returning to St. Maarten after six years reminded us of how much we loved the “Friendly Island” and we got to see our SXM friends again!
We would highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends. Everything you needs is provided or not far away. Food and fun can be found next door or in a short walk. Perfect location.

We had a wonderful time at Sur Mer! This is our 2nd time renting and we are already planning for a future 3rd time. The condo is in a great location, so close to many restaurants, beaches, and the airport. We love the 2 patios-one to watch the planes take off and the other to gaze at the beautiful beach and water. Looking forward to our next stay here!!
